If it isn't already on the list, you MUST read The Time Traveller's Wife, by Audrey Niffenegger. Easily in my top 10 books ever, maybe even top 5. Be sure to read it before the movie comes out - that's sure to destroy it.

WOW! Look at you go already this new year! I'm moving along well, too, but taking some time to read The Last Report on the Miracle at Little No Horse by Louise Erdrich. It's lenghty, but I'm enjoying it, kind of reminds me more of one of those epics or sagas, something lots of mod books aren't anymore as they're told rather quickly. Fun, fun!
I have started a little list of my own that I will share with you. I started with my first beat generation book, On The Road. Good luck with your list. I am sure that I will be getting some from it.
I like Wally Lamb, but sometimes B. Kingsolver is difficult for me to get through, never finished one yet! I am afraid I tend to read my favorites over and over. Brothers Karamazov, Moby Dick and anything by Thomas Hardy!
Must get out of that rut!

Ok, so I just finished Eat, Pray, Love (took me a long time to finish that one...) But now I need another book. What is your current favorite absolute must-read book? Sadly, when I can't decide, I reach for an old favorite. But how many times can I read Jude the Obscure or A Tale of Two Cities?!
